That Kevin Pollak is cool. He's been in a lot of movies, most notably "The Usual Suspects." However, anyone with any role in "That Thing You Do" is good in my book. I love that movie.

I am going to kick your virtual ass

I love that video games give us the ability to do horrible things without actually hurting anyone. Who knows how many people would carjack random strangers in real life if they couldn't get it out of their system in GTA? Street Fighter 4 is giving children around the world the chance to stay out of juvenile hall by beating the shit out of a fake person.

Left turns and slam dunks

This weekend brings the world some of the finest talent on the basketball court and the racetrack.  It's NBA All-Star weekend, which means we get to see some slam dunk madness and even -- wait for it -- a game of professional Horse.  When you're left wondering where to channel all the energy you have after watching that, you can catch the Daytona 500 on Sunday.  These links should about cover everything you need to stay up to date.

Buffalo tragedy

What's the deal with planes lately?  There have been several incidents reported on the news, most of them minor, over a short period of time.  Unfortunately, this latest story ended in disaster instead of relief.
